Euphony Music Player - HELP

Euphony Music Player is the ultimate music player for Android devices. It supports numerous audio formats, high quality audio effects which gives excellent listening experience and an intuitive and a quick UI for managing music library on Android (2.1 and above) devices.

 
Playback Screen
 
  • Playback Sceen holds all most commonly used controls. This allows users to perform playback operations quickly with minimum touch/clicks. Playback screen is divided into four blocks: A top bar, middle bar with large albumart, lower middle bar and bottom bar.
  • Top bar contains back, menu and track metadata information updated every 5 seconds.Clicking here will show the Now playing track list.
  • Middle Bar with large Albumart has a true spectrum analyzer and supports gesture control on it. Swipe left and right to navigate tracks and touch spectrum analyzer to show or hide it. Cover Art can also be downloaded readily by a long press. It also contain little sleep timer icon which is displayed when sleep timer is set.
  • Lower Middle bar contains play button, track navigation controls and folder navigation controls. and elapsed time seek bar which allows fast seeking operations.
  • Bottom bar allows users to quickly change repeat playlist, shuffle, add playing track to favorite list ( for displaying various playlist options like all tracks, by artist, etc…), effects (to turn on/off various audio effects like stereo widening, reverb, tone and graphic equalizer) and playlist selection.Effects area holds the quick button to turn on/off various audio effects like stereo widening, reverb, tone and graphic equalizer.

GEQ Icon Opens Graphic Equalizer UI.
GEQ UI has toggle button to quickly turn on or off GEQ effects, Equalizer bars with their frequency value and text display of bar levels. It also displays true spectral response as graph. User can select any EQ preset by touching/pressing the EQ preset name. User can create custom preset by adjusting EQ bars and save it by pressing save preset button. User can remove EQ preset by pressing delete preset button.
Tone settings will allow user to change the bass and treble values by selecting slider. It also displays current level of bass and treble effect.

Car icon Opens Car Audio Effects UI. Car audio effects enhance audio listening experience in a Car. Car audio effects include DRC, stereo channel balance and stereo channel delay. DRC is used to minimize or compress audio signal range, which is very useful while driving to amplify dynamically those hard to hear sounds. Stereo Channel Balance means the amount of signal from each channel for stereo audio. Stereo Channel Delay means delay/lag in audio output between two audio channels. The car mode in combination with a tuned GEQ can provide best listening experience.
Stereo widening icon is toggle button to turn on or off the stereo widening effect
Reverb icon will open selection menu with available reverberation environment effects.
   
 
Playlist Selection
Playlist selection menu will be displayed when user touches the playlists button located on bottom bar of the Playback screen. Playlist selection menu contains following playlists.
Now playing… displays list of currently playing tracks.
  • Now playing screen has a special movable list item (track) to change the play order of tracks by hold and drag on cover art. Selecting any other track will start its playback.
  • Title Bar of Now playing screen shows name of playlist and total track count in playlist.
  • Now playing screen also contains Resume bar in bottom part. Resume bar is a shortcut to return to playback screen. It displays icon for playlist, title of track, playlist name and icon for current playing state which is either play or pause.
  • When pressing MENU button it displays option to go to preference UI and Save the modifications to custom playlists.
 
All tracks list is collection of all tracks on media sorted on track’s title. It displays cover art of track and track duration with track title. Selecting any other track will start its playback.
  • Title bar displays All tracks and total track count in All tracks playlist .
  • This UI has Resume Bar at bottom. Resume bar is shortcut to return to playback screen, it displays icon for playlist, title of track, playlist name and icon for current playing state which is either play or pause.
  • When pressing MENU button it displays option to change the display order, go to preference UI and about application UI.
 
Folder View will display songs grouped by folders on storage media.
  • It will display itemized list of all songs grouped by folder. Each item in list will display cover art of first song, folder name, number of tracks and path for each folder. When user presses or touches on list item, tracks under selected folder will be displayed in new UI and Long press on list item will display Quick Menu containing Add To Favorite option to add all tracks under selected folder to favorite list and Play All option to play all tracks under selected folder without showing tracks under selected folder.

By Artists is itemized list of all songs grouped by artist.
  • By artist list is further grouped by Albums for each artist. It displays artist name and number of albums by artist and number of tracks in each album by each artist. When user selects artist name list item will be expanded to display albums by selected artist. When user presses or touches on album name, tracks under selected album will be displayed in new UI and Long press will display quick menu.
  • This UI has Resume Bar. Resume bar is shortcut to return to playback screen, it displays icon for playlist, title of track, playlist name and icon for current playing state which is either play or pause
 
By Album list contains songs grouped by album name of tracks.
  • By album screen provides two types of view. List View and Grid View. List view displays each album with its name and number of tracks in each album as list while Grid view displays with cover art in thumbnail mode. When user presses or touches on album name or cover art, tracks under selected album will be displayed in new UI and Long press will open quick menu.
  • This UI has Resume Bar. Resume bar is shortcut to return to playback screen, it displays icon for playlist, title of track, playlist name and icon for current playing state which is either play or pause.
    When pressing
    MENU button it displays option to change the view from List view to Grid View and vice versa.
 
Top Rated list contains songs grouped by Rating of the tracks.
  • User can give rating to track as per user's liking. while song is playing user can give 1-5 stars to give his/her liking to song. Then later user can browse music via the "Top Rated" playlist. user can reset rating of song as well.
  • Long press will display quick menu.

By Genre list contains songs grouped by Genre of the tracks.
  • By Genre list displays various genres and number of tracks in each genre. When user presses or touches on genre name, tracks under selected genre will be displayed in new UI and Long press will display quick menu.
  • This UI has Resume Bar. Resume bar is a shortcut to return to playback screen. It displays icon for playlist, title of track, playlist name and icon for current playing state which is either play or pause.
 
Favorites UI will display Recently Added, Recently Played and other user created custom favorite playlists with number of tracks in each playlists. When user presses or touches any of favorite playlists it will display tracks under selected playlist in new UI and Long press will display quick menu.

  • When user presses MENU key, UI will display menu with following selectable options: Add Favorite List will allow user to add new custom favorite playlist, Delete option will display multiple selectable context menu to remove one or more favorite playlists, Import option will allow user to import his/her playlist from android’s default music player, Preference option will allow user to change player related settings and About option will show brief information about player
